Get To Know The Speaker

Ainie Haziqah

Ainie was born in 1990 and graduated from Faculty of Law, UiTM Shah Alam. Ainie has been a legal practitioner since 10 years ago. Passionate towards advancing her legal practice, Ainie then established her own firm, Nurainie Haziqah & Co and currently serving as the Managing Partner. In January 2023, she founded her own women clothing line, Atheena, named after her two beloved children.

She wears different hats every single day and changing outfits have always been her challenge, hence why she committed to producing her own comfortable clothing line to provide practicality and comfort.

For many years, Ainie has always been known for her vast experiences in social work with various communities and also her interest in politics. She volunteered as legal advisors at various local NGOs to educate women to fight against domestic abuse and many other women issues. Apart from that, Ainie is the pro bono lawyer at Development of Human Resources for Rural Areas (DHRRA) Malaysia since 2017, committed to helping undocumented and stateless persons and children attaining their citizenship and basic rights in Malaysia.

Ainie co-founded three different NGOs; Girl2Leader Malaysia (G2L), Happy Bank Crew (HBC), and Humanitarian Aid Selangor. G2L is the Malaysian chapter of an international platform to empower young girls as early as 16 years old on various community based issues and leadership at all levels. HBC was established in 2014 to encourage youth volunteerism with an objective to serve the underprivileged by mobilising aids and distributing basic needs. Meanwhile, Human Aid is an organisation aiming to help the Rohingya refugees on their basic rights like education, healthcare, employment and other social needs and at the same time send help for Malaysians in need. Ainie is currently the President of Human Aid.

Ainie has been invited as speakers to educate and share her thoughts and experiences on local politics, social work and various business and legal issues. She is also appointed as Malaysian Mentor at Women Ascension, an International NGO platform based in Pakistan. In 2015, Ainie Haziqah was awarded the 1st Prize for “Chow Kit Kids Project” in HOPE Awards by MyHarapan in collaboration with Ministry of Youth & Sports.

Her goal is to make Malaysia a better country to live in with every venture she turns into.
